You need to commit to washing your face twice a day!. I used to have bad acne on my forehead because I was to lazy to wash my face at night and in the morning!. But now I dont miss a day and my skin looks great! :)
& I dont even use that expensive crap they advertise on tv! I buy equate brand facial soap at Wal-mart!!
Make sure you use a wash cloth or something rough because it removes the dead skin cells!. And after you have washed your face make sure to apply medicated acne creme (also sold at wal-mart) and moisteriseriser because when you wash your face it removes oil and your skin produces more of it and it causes acne!!
