HSV 1 or something else?!

Yesterday I noticed very tiny fluid filled bump on my lip!. Today I noticed that just above it, around the lip line, there are two other tiny bumps!. They don't hurt or tingle, and the smaller bumps on the lip line are not open blisters at all, just tiny bumps below the skin!. I've never had an cold sore (oral herpes) outbreak in my life and the symptoms I have don't seem to be indicative of anything else!. A few days ago I was at the beach and noticed something sting my lip in the same area, and it might be sea lice but I just don't know!. Wouldn't the sores be painful if they were herpes!? Honestly you can't even see them, they aren't even red!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
