After having sex with my new girlfriend, I would get these painful abdominal cramps!. They've gone now, but recently, I've had itching (actually inside the vagina) and after oral sex I develop an extremely sore throat!. Could I have an STD!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should go and get checked out at your local GUM clinic!. Really, I think it's just a slight form of thrush, and after oral sex it may have just irritated your throat!. I think you'd be experiencing more symptoms if it were an STD but I still think you should definitely get checked out for this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
itching could suggest thrush as with the sore throat as it grows is moist areas !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but u can never be certian ur best bet is to see a gp or make an appointment at ur local GUM clinic and if u do have a STD u can recieve appropriate treatment!. Remember STD s can cause allsorts of problems in later life so if u have any concerns deal with them now!.Dont be put off an appointment at the GUM clinic is not as nearly bad as it seems and is over in a matter of minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would recommend going to the clinic to get checked out, it sounds like it could be thrush but there is also a chance of std's (it would depend on you and your gf's sexual history)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Possibly, the only way to find out for sure is getting a test done at your local doctors/sexual health clinic!.
Most STD's are easily treatable with a course of anti-biotics!.
