2 toast with butter for breakfast
2 toast with butter for lunch
2 toast with butter for dinner before 6pm
lots of water, diet drinks, milk and low calorie cordials
i am 25 stone
also i have a beautiful face and i have just been to the hairdressers and neck up i look wonderful
im 5'10" in height
one vitamin tablet with energy

The best way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet and exercise!. Personally, i reduced my calorie intake to about 1800 per day, and I make sure that the foods I eat are lower carb foods (I still eat carbs, just not as many) and are low in fat!. You have to exercise to lose weight!. The diet you described has no nutritional value at all!. Also, it consists of 2 items: bread and butter; that means that half of the food you are eating is high in fat and cholesterol!. Not the best way to lose weight!.
Energy comes from eating the proper nutrients through out the day, and exercising gives you energy also!. Being dependent on an energy drink every day is unhealthy!. Also, a lot of vitamin water has tons of calories!. You are better with plain water or maybe propell!.
Another thing that is important when you are losing weight is metabolism!. Metabolism can slow down if you aren't consuming the necessary calories per day!.
