Should I take my insulin pump on rides at fair?!
Question: Should I take my insulin pump on rides at fair!?
I have type 1 Diabetes and am on an insulin pump!. I'll be going to the fair and going on rides and stuff soon, and was wondering I should really bring it with me(on the rides)!. I went to Disneyland and California Adventure and brought it on the rides with no problems, but I read on the pump site that you shouldn't do that!. I plan on going on a free fall, but it said something about the magnets!. Oh, and I have a Cozmo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my daughter wears a cozmo also & is at 6 Flags riding for hours at a time!. You should be fine! Just don't forget to take your back-up supplies - but I know you wouldn't do that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have a pump!.!.!.and it didnt seem to matter whether or not to take it on a roller coaster but im sry i havent had any experience with a "fall" with the pump on!. and the pump you have has tubes and hooks on your belt etc!? that's prolly the only reason you shouldnt do that but look online!
