Answers:
According to Dr Green, you would have to undergo a gluten challenge for at least a month eating the equivalent of 4 slices of bread per day for that month and if you weren't having any obvious symptoms maybe another month or two doing the same thing before the testing!.
My advice would be to find the doctor that would be doing the testing and discuss how long he/she thinks you need to be on a gluten containing diet!.
Another possibility would be to get genetic testing to see what that turns up!. I put the website for that in the sources too!.
The bottom line is if you feel better on a gluten free diet, it really doesn't matter if you are allergic to it, just sensitive to it or intolerant of it(celiac disease), then ultimately you can continue the gluten free diet if you want to!. If you don't feel any different on or off gluten then you need to know if you suspect you have celiac disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
