You pulled a muscle!. Take warm baths or use a heating pad (PLEASE NOT AT THE SAME TIME!!!! ZAAAAAAP!)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the pain is not coming directly from your appendix then maybe its a muscle spasm!. It depends how long you've had this symptom but if its been longer than like a week and the pain still happens and it hurts even more then I would go to a doctor asap!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes when you sneeze REALLY hard, you can actually bruise an organ or pull a muscle!. Try warm baths and heatings pads and taking it easy, but if the pain lasts for more than a few days, or gets worse, I would suggest going to a doctor right away!.

Good luck!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
