The main one of course is HIV, and without a blood test or oral swab, you cant in any way go by a hunch, or signs!.Herpes, likewise, can be transmitted without any active lesions visible!.Many me have chlamydia without symptoms, and latent syphillis can be spread without any signs or symptoms from the partner!. So, as you see many STI's (sexually transmitted infections) are only detectable in their early stages with the proper blood work!. So, if he/she has nothing to hide and you are sure you want to have sex, even with "protection", then insist on testing!.!.!.!.gl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only advice I can give you as a health professional would be ABC, abstinence-bondage-condom!. Abstinence means avoiding any sexual encounters (a no go, really) [BTW, it's not the "best" solution, I know people who got HIV infection while completely abstinent!.!.!. transfusions], bondage means to maintain a sexual relationship with your specific partner(s) and for all members of the relationship to avoid having sexual encounters with outsiders of that ring (normally a couple in our culture)!. Condoms are an EXCELLENT solution, yet not perfect!. It is NOT the most used solution, that's the big problem nowadays you see!.!.!. people just don't protect themselves!.

With this simple ABC, you decrease the probabilities by a lot!. Noone wants to get sick, but that doesn't stop children from playing in the mud and it shouldn't stop you from having healthy sex!.

Health isn't only biological, it is also social and psychological!. Don't allow social rules (religion, taboo) and psychological fears of biological dangers harm your sexual health!. Live it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even if you do see a clean bill of health from a doctor, the person could have contracted HIV or another STD in the time since the doctor said everything was okay!

Your best bet is to always use condoms and stick with one partner!.!.!. like your spouse!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is really just a risk you have to take, because all you can really do is use a condom and take the persons word for it, if you have a bad feeling just don't do it!!! Trust you instincts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People may be unreliable, especially if they get caught up in the moment!. Your best bet is to establish trust with someone who you really know, and not, (for lack of a better term) "lay around" with just anyone!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well don't go sleeping around with random people!. Check the "place" out if you know what I mean, see anything abnormal, get the hell out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
