If it was a red pimple and then turned white its not a whitehead!. It's a pimple with a deep infection in it!. I pop them!. To release the infection because they usually hurt!. And then they usually go away but sometimes leave a little dot or scar!. But if you pop them wash your hands and face because the infection will get into other pores and create more pimples!.

The reason why your pimples turn white is because inside the pimple is bacteria, and when the bacteria poops thats is what the white stuff is, and you want to pop your pimple to get that bacteria out of your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
