Question: I hav a stupid acne flare
I've always had acne!.!.!. it was never really that bad though!. it was only in my T-zone!. but now its there and my cheeks and temple area!. its horrible and i have no idea what brought it on!.
ive tried a lot of things!. perscriptions!. which work for a little bit but dont last and im trying pro active!. but nothing seems to hav changed!. any suggestions!? PLZZ help!. its getting really annoying =[Www@Answer-Health@Com

i also have the same problem and im currently trying pro active too, it doesn't seem to be working for me and i have been using it for a few weeks!. i would suggest the clean and clear 3 step acne wash, that seems to help if you keep it up every day and nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat healthy stay away from fried foods try eating healthy like fish and meats and vegetables!. I started eating healthy and a lot of my acme cleared up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
