I am so very sorry you feel its your failure or other STUPID people in yur family do!
YOu are no way the fault of your Moms problems! No Way!
I have kidney failure due to diabetes 1 and I would NEVER let my kids now aged 33, 31, 30!. take on the responibility of this NEVER!
YOU need help with these feelings, Please ask for it, go get it!. And STOP believeing what they say!.
What a real blessing you can be for your mom it is quite a big deal for a diabetic to just HAVE a child!. My kids teamed up and take me to dialysis 3 times a week, or iff they can't I ride the bus there but they ALWAYS pick me up thats what I need the most!. Yes their my blessings for sure!
And yes sad to say she can pass from it, I have a life expectanacy of 2 years or less, its into my heart now!. Thats why its called End Stage renal failure! But I know a lady that had a transplant 30 years ago and still working hard!. So STOP cutting your self that helps nothing! Try helping her out, a nice clean bedroom when I get home always helps me sleep better after dialysis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diabetic nephropathy is a progressive kidney disease caused by angiopathy of capillaries in the kidney glomeruli!. It is characterized by nephrotic syndrome and nodular glomerulosclerosis!. It is due to longstanding diabetes mellitus, and is a prime cause for dialysis in many Western countries!.

The syndrome can be seen in patients with chronic diabetes (15 years or more after onset), so patients are usually of older age (between 50 and 70 years old)!. The disease is progressive and may cause death two or three years after the initial lesions, and is more frequent in men!. Diabetic nephropathy is the most common cause of chronic kidney failure and end-stage kidney disease in the United States!. People with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes are at risk!. The risk is higher if blood-glucose levels are poorly controlled!. Further, once nephropathy develops, the greatest rate of progression is seen in patients with poor control of their blood pressure!. Also people with high cholesterol level in their blood have much more risk than others
the pregnancy has no role in aggrivating the renal failure !.it is the uncontrolled diabetes from the diabetic and th medical error of the diabetlogist to stop the detoration of the condition

Your parents had you out of love for each other!. Hurting yourself, as I put it (I was severly suicidal) does nothing but attract attention!. Those people who say or act like they hate youm and I am not being mean, probably act that way because they feel you need to help your mom more, I know, what else can you do!? Nice warm bubble baths, her special food, a flower, her music that she likes and so on!. Trust me, I've been thru both ends of a parent sick and being sick, I now have 2 kids of my own, they are married and I work full time and have 2 grandsons!. Hang in there! There is a reason you were put on this earth! Take care of yourself! RoseWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is not your fault!. Your moms diabetes is the reason she has no kidneys and is on dialysis!. It starts when the person does not do the right things to control their diabetes!. If this continues, the kidneys receive damage and can shut down, or become diseased and have to be removed!. Thank God your mom has someone that is going to donate a kidney to her!. It is not your fault!. Your mom probably did not control her disease well before she had you, or it was extremely hard to control and attacked her kidneys at an early stage!. Some peoples disease becomes even worse as they get older because it is a progressive disease!. Kidneys are one of diabetes favorite organs to mess up!. You had nothing to do with it!. Don't feel like you do!. Cutting yourself is not the answer, you need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
