Question: I need a good Colon Detox Program
Does anyone know of any safe and effective methods of doing a colon detox (vitamins, diet, etc)!? I would just try a vitamin supplement that they have at GNC, but I can't swallow pills that large!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure where this came from, but there's some bizarre concept floating around that the human body is like some gigantic sponge, that soaks up all sorts of mysterious evil chemicals and has to be wrung out like a kitchen rag!. There's this bizarre sort of fixation on the GI tract, which in all honesty dates back a lot further than modern times!.
There's not really anything in your colon that needs to be 'detoxed' or removed, the flesh of the GI tract, the stomach, the intestines etc is as resilient, or possibly more so than your skin!. I'm not sure what you're looking to 'detox' out of there, but there's not a lot in there besides your next bowel movement and some symbiotic bacteriaWww@Answer-Health@Com
