I'm afraid you need to see a dermatologist!. I wouldn't try to analyze what you have, but I have something similar on the side of my neck!. My doctor said it is a cyst and when it started to bother me, then I needed to see my dermatologist!. I pretty sure he would do the procedure in the office!.
