Question: What can i do with mono!.!.!.!?
mmkay, I'm going one a trip to colorado this coming sunday with my friends, and the activities that we will be doing is tubing,hiking, horseback riding, and maybe river rafting!. I don't want to push my limits with my spleen, but i live 6 hrs away from my friend and only get to see her once a year and she invited me to go with her!. i don't wanna be a party poo-per! but i don't want my spleen to explode while I'm in a completely different state!! what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to limit your activities by how you are feeling!. If you feel tired or icky refrain from activies!. You do need to pace yourself!. Perhaps you can join in on a couple of the physical activies and then suggest something a little calmer!.!.movies, golf!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
