Question: What IS WORNG WITH ME!?!?
So i went nude surfing yesterday and now my testicles and penis and covered in little red dots all over and feel like they are on fire!. I'm too embarrased to go to the doctors cause i've never been able to pull my foreskin back and i imagine it would be quite repulsive under there cause it itches all the time and smells funky!. It may be due to sand being caught in the foreskin, but I doubt that, you may of got bacterial infection which is more than likely, but I doubt it is from the beach, it may of just caused it to flare up!.
It would be best for you to go to the doctor, yeah it may be embarrasing for you, but it maybe something simple, or it could be enough to help you stop whatever it is, this sounds really important, please go and see a doctor!.

but then just looking back at what you wrote, you say you've never been able to pull your foreskin back, that is wrong as it should be able to, it sounds as though it has tightened alot, they may need to cut it to open it up (they will give you a needle to numb the area) I know it sounds painful but if you don't get it seen to you are going to have so much pain it is unbearable, especially if it is thrush, you can have this treated easily by antibiotics, as for the foreskin that is another matter, but it needs to be cleaned out asap!.

Sounds like you have contracted swimmers itch which causes little red dots/bumps to appear and are irritated and sore!. Use a high potency steroid cream 2-3 times per day and lots of powder to keep it dry!. You definitely need to be seen by a doctor(not me, since I cant see you), and have your foreskin retracted (prepusotomy) , because in addition to the hygiene factor, there is the presence of shmegma,a potentially precancerous substance that looks like "toe jam"!. Are you kidding!? Was there a ton of sand in the wax on your board!? I know some times when I've been surfing for a couple of hours and I am laying on my board my skin is pretty much sanded down and I have had red bumps for a day or so!. Maybe yours are infected!?!?
