Question: Does anyone have Spina Bifida Occulta (SBO)
I have suffered with SBO for many years, it was diagnosed when i was 16yrs old, am now 32yrs!. I get so fed up with people saying it is the mild form of spina Bifida!.!.!.as actually this isn't always the case!. I suffer in many ways with SBO, and would not say it was mild! I would love to hear from anyone else that has, or know's someone with SBO!.!.!.to share how it has affected you & your life!.Maybe we can help each other!. Thanks so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't have spina bifida occulta, but my daughter has it!. The doctors discovered it right after she was born!. Her form of spina bifida occulta is that she has a dermal sinus tract!. She just had surgery to have it removed June 24th!. The dermal sinus tract extended into her spinal sac and caused her to have a teethered cord!. She is doing fine for now, but we were told that she will need to have MRI's for the rest of her life!. What kind of spina bifida occulta do you have and what kind of problems do you face everyday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
