Suddenly while I was at my computer, I couldn't breathe very well and my head started to feel very light and dizzy!. My vision was blurred too!. I am not under stress at my job!. My heart started beating really fast too!. It lasted for about 1-2 minutes then it left!. I'm 26 yrs old and healthy! I had breakfast! However I had a long hard weekend and got like 2 hours of sleep last night!. What could this be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you had a panic attack!. My neighbour gets them all the time and has therapy for it!. If it reoccurs see you doctor but they can't really do much damage, unless you do faint and bang your head or something!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may have had some heart palpitations!. I have these as well as a PFO (a "flap" between the upper chambers of the heart) and I find that when I am tired or drink lots of caffeinated drinks, it brings on palpitations!. I'd consult your doctor, just to be safe, to rule out any type of heart problem!. My heart defect wasn't diagnosed until I had my fourth child in my early 30s, so you may have one and not know it!. thats usually what happens when i faint but you wouldnt be sitting, youd probably fall to the ground!.!.!.and would def!. know itWww@Answer-Health@Com
