Question: My urinalysis(please help me)
hi,i have uti for 3 years,i take antibiotics and it comes again!.it started after i had gravels in my kidneys!.2 weeks ago,i had a e!.coli caused uti again and took 1000 mg augmentin twice a day for 5 days!.ultrasound showed there were little masses(probably gravel or little stones)in my right kidney!.i had an urine analyisis which showed there was proteus mirabilis,and we went to a big hospital!.and they wanted to redo it with more analyisis!.my last analyisis seem to be quite bad,here it is:

urobilinogen:70 umol/L (normally 10-35)

hemoglobine:negative
RBC(microscopy):3 (normally 0-3)

EC(microscopy):17 (normally 0-15)

there is no bacteria in culture and normal urine!.
and i have ache at my right upper abdomen and having extreme fatigue!.
i lost 3 kilograms in 3 weeks!.(i am underweight,1!.67 centimeters and 45 kilograms now)and i always have nausea and fever!.
we will redo the ultrasonography tomorrow and will go to the doctor which told us there is nothing to worry about(but he havent see that analyisis yet)
i dont have kidney ache!.
what are these abnormal levels!?why am feeling sick like that!?

An ache in your upper right abdomen could be a kidney ache!. I am perplexed that the leukocyte count is 10X over normal, but the microscopic exam shows no significant wbc's!. The rest of your UA looks quite unremarkable except for a high urobilinogen!. This implies some hemolysis, but is not supported by the normal heoglobin result!. Take a look at that kidney, and perhaps your ovaries too (are you female!?)!.
Kidney stones are often accompanied by your symptoms, but they usually cause blood in the urine as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
