Answers:
First, your dogs should all be vaccinated against rabies!. If they are not, with all due respect, shame on you!. Call the vet and get your dog's wound checked out!. The only way to rule out rabies in an animal is to have them quarantined for a specified period of time to monitor for symptoms!. Then get them all vaccinated - no excuses!.

As for you, cases of rabies in humans are rare, and usually the result of being BITTEN by a rabid animal, because the virus is passed through the saliva!. If your vet feels there is ANY question of your dog having rabies, see your doctor immediately, as there are preventative vaccines available!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rabies are rare in dogs!. If the dogs run wild in the country they might get rabies!. Dogs fight all the time, it's just instinct!. You can have your vet check the wound, but normally dogs do a pretty good job of taking care of themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
