Question: Did you hear about the Australian Scientist discovering a cure for leukemia!?
It was on the news tonight and they say in 5 to 7 years time they will have leukemia wiped out, isn't that just great news for all the people who suffer from this disease!. It is still yet to undergo human trial, but things are looking very good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I couldnt find what you are talking about!. But, not to be a downer, you say it hasnt even been tried on humans yet!. Its a possibility that what worked in the lab wont work for humans!. i just think it is a lil irresponsible for someone to say they will have a whole category of cancer wiped out in 5 years when they havent even done human trials yet!. And there are so many different types of leukemia that I imagine it would be hard for one treatment to treat all types!.
EDIT: Finally!. Got to watch it!. That is actually pretty cool and might lead to something great!. But what you missed!.!.!. They are 5-7 years away from human trials, not getting rid of leukemia!. They identified what they think may be what causes this type to 'continue' in the body!. SO what they are doing now is to see if they can kill the growth facters, hoping that killing the growth facters will lead to a possible cure to this type!.
So, they havent actually discovered a cure, but something that will help them drastically in trying to do so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
