I doubt it unless all of the people involved are really, really sick!. As far as the over-population thing goes, plenty of people die everyday from natural causes, and various cancers, among other things!. So why wouldn't they treat people who have a disease so easily spread!? I think we would know, I really do!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
