Am I allergic to my engagement ring?!

Question: Am I allergic to my engagement ring!?
No!.!.!. it's not cold feet!.

I have worn white gold forever!. My engagement ring is white gold (you should see the size of the stone!) I have noticed that the skin under the ring is becoming a little dry and pinkish where it looks like it peeled!. We have been engaged almost a year and I am concerned that I might have a mild allergy!. We just had my band made, also with white gold!. It's not bad enough to make me quit wearing it!.

Can you have an allergy to white gold!? Or is my finger just adjusting to having a ring on this finger!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I'm not quite sure, but just paint the inside of your rings with clear nail polish (do this about once a month) and it should help!. Also, maybe put some moisturizer on your finger!? It sounds dry!. Try shea butter!. It's like magic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have developed an allergic reaction, but not likely!. Usually I refer to these symptoms as "momitis" caused from hands being in excessive amount of water (washing all the time, doing dishes, laundry, etc!.) and the fingers do not get completely dry all the time and a rash develops!. Try to keep the jewelry/fingers dry and it should clear up!. A little cortisone cream at night may help also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I sometimes get that type of reaction under rings I have worn forever!. With this sweaty weather it has been particularly bad!. The salt from perspiration just eats away at my skin!. Even in cooler weather I get that reaction particularly if I haven't been vigilant about rinsing my hands well after I wash them!.
Wash, rinse and dry your hands well and you should adjust to your new rings just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have to say your hands are dry!.!.!.!.!.

Take some sugar and add a little bit of grape seed oil in it!.!. Like Two table spoons of each in a dish or cup!. Mix it up and then apply it to your hands!.!.!. They will feel wonderful when you do this and do this once a week or so/!. You can also use this on any other dry areas on your body!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you've been wearing white gold forever, I highly doubt you're allergic!.
The skin is just really dry because it doesn't have open access to oxygen!.
Take the ring off every one in a while and put some lotion on your finger!.

Good luck with your marriage!.
