People have "theories" on what causes cancer!. It looks like he is also selling a cure!. I've seen similar snake oil salesmen on tv trying to sell books on how to cure everything from pimples to cancer!.
All of this has to be taken with a grain of salt!. If there is any truth to it, the scientific community will research it!. Then it will be proved to be true or false

This is mostly baloney masquerading as a scientific filet mignon; when you eat it, it still tastes like baloney!.
I would love for there to be a cure for cancer, to end all the suffering I have to see every day!. It is not going to happen, at least in terms of A (meaning one) cure!. There will never be one cure for cancer!. Anything you see now and in the future which promises one fix for all types of cancer isn't true!. Hate to sound negative, but it is just realistic!.
