Question: Can a girl give a guy HPV (high risk)
I just found out I was HPV positive, no signs of genital warts, and was tested for high risk HPV!. I had sex with this guy a few times (always with a condom) before I even knew I had HPV!. Should I tell him!? I heard condoms aren't always very protective for HPV!. The only problem is that we have a history and I am scared of his reaction of me contracting the disease from someone else because I did not tell him I was with other people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're not entirely sure that he did not give them to you since in your case you don't even have the physical signs that you have it!. anyway, if you're absolutely sure that he didn't give them to you, then just tell him the truth, it's way better than conjuring up an excuse the next time he ask for sex, and then another excuse fo the next time around, and until eventually he will doubt everything that you say and break the trust that was there in the first place!. And besides, he may have contracted the disease and thus would also be needing treatment!. As to the question of oral sex, if you have given oral sex to the person that you think has given you that HPV, then it is best to not give another person oral sex for that HPV virus may be in your mucosal cavity and thus may spread it!. For now, continue your treatment, abstain from sex, and bring your partner for consultation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, hpv, is so common, they say if you have had 1 sexual partner you are at high risk to get a strain of HPV, I would look up some information yourself and tell him, but be ready to answer his questions, maybe he gave it to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
