What's going on with my skin!

Question: What's going on with my skin
I got burnt in the tanning bed on my chest and lower back and lower stomach!. Places that don't get a lot of sun!. Anyway that was like three days ago and my skin was still red today when I woke up!. It doesn't hurt anymore, but it's still red!. Then today I went to softball and it wasn't terribly hot out, but we've had a lot of really bad rain lately so it's the 1st time in a few days that I've spent so much time outside, in the humidity!. Then when I got home I noticed my stomach starting to itch a little!. So I scratched and when I did I felt sort of a strange texture so I lifted up my shirt, looked in the mirror and saw all of these little clear bumps on one side of my stomach, chest, and lower stomach!. I poked at some of them and they popped and then I noticed after a few had popped, I could peel the skin just like a sunburn!. So I peeled when I would peel skin with the bumps clear liquid would come out, but it doesn't hurt or sting!. When I peel though it's not like little flakes, it's like pretty big pieces of skin!. The skin under is still kind of red and in some places it hurts!. I didn't peel all of them!. Is this normal for a sunburn!? If it is why aren't the other parts of my burn peeling !? Is it a heat rash!? Should I see a doctor!? Will it go away soon!? Is there anything I can do!? Please help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It is called a second degree burn!. Your best bet is to wash gingerly with hydrogen peroxide, which will disinfect it and help it to heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
