Question: Why is someone coughing up blood!?
A friend of mine just called and told me that coughed up blood this morning!.!.three times!.!.!.Now about 30 minutes late!.!.it has stopped!. wHAT COULD THIS BE!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cauging up blood can be an indication of a very serious problem!. Rather then scare them with the different probabilities of what it could be they should go see their PCP (priamry care physician) or E!.R A!.S!.A!.P!. especially if they are coughing up more then a few teaspoons, are dizzy, light headed or seem to can't catch their breath!. Any over the counter meds even a cough suppresent shouldn't be taken untill they contact their Dr first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think it might be a problem with the stomach, for example a gastrite or an ulcer but I'm not sure!. That person should get medical advice!.

There is NO POINT in second guessing here!. Something like that needs immediate attention!. I have no idea what it could be, but if you take him to an emergency department, you can bet he will be given a rating 1Www@Answer-Health@Com
