Yes!. Young boys can have a form of testicular cancer (germ cell, stromal, embroynic, sarcoma)!.

First !. !. there are over 200 different types of cancer and just as many subtypes!. Children have an entirely different type of cancer than an older person!. Childhood cancer is considered rare and the cancer affects children can also be rare!. However any part of the body can be affected including the testicles in a child !. !. this does not mean the child has 'Testicular Cancer' in the same manner that an adult would have!. The most common form of testicular cancer in children is called Yolk sac carcinoma, but there are also other subtypes including germ cell and stromal tumors!.
