Question: Why do I have snot in my throat!?
Sorry for the grity detalis: but i have like a neverending chunk of snot in my throat!. It was really bad when I went swimming today!. It was hard to breath after i did a couple of dives off of the diving board and it felt like i was going to choke to death when I was in the water!. How can I get all of those gunk out of my throat!? Ive tried coughing!.!.but that just made my throat hurt!.!.what do i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

warm water and salt sniff it up through your nose, the saline will break down some of the mucus and spit it out!. stop eating/drinking dairy it causes mucus build up and go see your doctor, you might have an infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
