Question: I had an endoscopy today and the doctor did a biopsy on my esophagous!. The doctors orders
had no diet restrictions!. I even asked if I could have Mexican food and hot sauce!. The nurse said there are NO restrictions on the sheet!. I took one bite of hot sauce on a chip and my throat is on fire!. I ate ice and it made it worse!. Any suggestions!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

The biopsy are little "bites "out of your esophogus which are in effect raw areas that haven't healed or scarred over yet!. Stick with bland food for now and go easy on the spicy food for a week or so!. If the problem persits I'ld check back with your Dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Suggestion: do not eat Mexican Food with hot sauce!. Rice will help, have some Chinese Www@Answer-Health@Com
