Question: HELP!! how do i get rid of swelling from an allergic reaction!?!?

ok i'm allergic to carrots, they make my lips/tongue itch and swell up!. i was eating them because i was just hungry and i rubbed my eyes after i was touching them and now my eyelids are SO swollen and heavy!. what can i do to reduce the itching and swelling!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would take about 50 to 75 mg of benadryl to help with the allergy!. If that doesn't work go to the ER !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
