Question: Dry, Flakey Skin help

Ok so I had a few little pimples on my chin and I used the proactive refining mask over night to get rid of them!. Now the pimples are gone but the skin around it is all dry and flakey!. Its really gross is there anyway to get rid of it!? It itches too but I dont wanna pick at it and make it worse!. Any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should put a lot of moisturizing cream on it, and it should go away in a few days!. At least you're not picking at it :) I think maybe the proactive had too strong of a soap/chemical so it reacted with your skin!.
