Question: Zit around my pubic hair!?
I'm 16 and I just noticed I have a zit(or I think its a zit) in the area above my vagina where my pubic hair is and I just noticed it because it hurts right now!. I don't shave down there and I'm not sexually active unless masturbating counts but this whole thing is kinda making me afraid!. I've heard people say its ingrown hair when they shave or something but is this that!? And I'm supposed to have my period soon since I haven't had it since the week of the 4th of july!. I'm too afraid to tell my mom because its way too embarrassing! Please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its probably just an in grown hair!. They can happen whether you shave in that area or not!. If you can pop it, pull the infected hair out with a pair of tweezers and it should go away in a couple of days!. Hope this helps! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had one when i was younger,
it went away after a few days,
its most likely an ingrown hair, even if you dont shave, since the hairs are thicker, they can get ingrown easily!.

Don't worry!. It is just a zit!. They can happen anywhere!. Its not an ingrown hair since you don't shave down there!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
