Answers:
Cancer, related to smoking, is dose and duration sensitive in MOST cases!. If you have a cancer history, yourself or family, your chances go up!. FACT: 1 in 3 smokers will die as a direct result of smoking!. ANOTHER FACT: 2 in 3 smokers will have a smoking related disease (heart attack, stroke, hypertension)!. I smoked for ten years and quit after reading "The Easyway to Quit Smoking" Swear to God it saved my life!. I am not going to be the 1 in 3 or the 2 in 3!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's always to your benefit to quit!. Not all of the damage will be repaired, but some will!. You're right at the stage where if you stop now, you won't have a significant reduction of life expectancy!. However, if you start again, you won't be starting with a clean slate!.

Hmm, that sounds a little worse than it is -- bottom line, if you stop now you'll be fine and don't start again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one day i was driving and i heard on the radio from some health radio alternative rock station!.!.!. wierd eh!.!.!. that after the age of 45 if you've been smoking for most of your life the damage to your lungs is irreversible so you got some years left, but yea id just stop all together, my moms still smokes and shes going on 50 and the way we find her in a store is her dredded cough!.!.!. its really gross when you hear that sound too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body may completely heal itself over time!. Or, it might not!. However, if you continue to smoke, it will get worse, and it will make you die sooner, and probably not have as good a quality of life before you go!. You just need to ask yourself "How soon do I want to die!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com

that isnt that long its a great idea to quit i dont think 2 years of smoking can do to much difference in the long run! im 18 and have been smoking since i was 12 i think my lungs are probably fried already =\Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes most times it does but it can take as long as 15 years but you have not been smoking long but in some cases there is long term damage with long term and heavey smokesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Over time, your body will eventually repair itself to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
