Can they find HIV in blood tests, if there not necessarily lookinf for it?!

Question: Can they find HIV in blood tests, if there not necessarily lookinf for it!?
Would it be like OMG theres HIV!. Or would it be like theres a low white blood cell count(as I know there are many reasons for this), abnormal cells!?!? What!? I mean they can find cancer cells without looking for it exactly so is the same for HIV!? Or would you have to take the test!?

**note** Im not saying would they find antibodies, im saying could they find abnormal cells or something like that!? Or the only time you would ever see HIV is if you took the test!. No matter what!?
Are there potential "signs" that might lead to a diagnosis!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It depends on what test they are running!. The test for HIV is specific, It is an immunoassay, and the only reason they would run it was if they were looking for it!. A routine CBC may give a vague clue which might trigger more tests, but they can't test for HIV without your signing a consent for it!. If it is something like an insurance company, they would certainly want to test for that, and would request you sign a consent form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One surrogate test would be a T-cell count which measures the body response to HIV infection!. If the T4 count is low, one could suspect HIV although it could be low from another viral infection!. Other than that, lymphocyte counts could look suspicious but hardly specific for HIV!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think so!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
