Sleeping Problems ?!!
Question: Sleeping Problems !?!
Over the summer I used to have a terrible sleeping cycle like no other I wold stay up in the night before AND the day and sleep in the night again but I don't get a 12 hours of sleep !. I get 4-7 hours and wake up and repeat that cycle !. Thankfully I changed my sleep habits and yesterday I waited until the night and went to sleep because school started tomorrow !. I got 7 hours of sleep the night before school and I woke up feeling no tired feeling at all but during my sleep I continuously woke up and fell asleep which was very annoying !. So it was the morning and I was getting ready for school and I was very hyper!. As soon as I went to the school I felt like I was going to faint! I wanted to sleep so bad !. After school I felt normal and I went to the mall and came back home then after a while my eyes start to get black and I barley can move so I fell asleep now its 12 AM here and I can't go to sleep and its a school night!!! It's important to establish a regular time to be in bed!. Your body also runs on a " clock" and if you continuously try to be in bed at around a certain time, your body usually will slide into the routine!. Also, are you getting a solid 4-7 hours of sleep, or do you wake up during that time!? If not, you might want to consider mentioning it to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
