I'm betting you have pompholyx eczema, also called dyshidrotic dermatitis (or eczema)!. It is a painful, recurring, maddening skin disorder that doesn't have a definite cause or cure!. I get it on my fingers, hands, toes, ankles, and feet!. I've had it so bad I've been crippled up with pain from it on my feet!.

"Pompholyx" means "bubble" in Greek, which is what it looks like, this link has pictures:
http://dermnetnz!.org/dermatitis/pompholy!.!.!.

I've had them for years!. It runs in families sometimes, and can be linked to stress, allergies, and sometimes doesn't have any obvious trigger!. For me, popping them seems to make it a lot worse, but sometimes they get so big they rupture on their own :(

Hydrocortizone, or cortizone creams sometimes help relieve the itching, but not always!. You should also try to keep the effected areas out of water, like from doing dishes, since this can worsen the itching!.

Good luck, a dermatologist might help, that's what I'm hoping at least!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds likes scabies (not sure the spelling)!. It's a small parasite that likes fleshy areas in the skin including the hands/wrists, feet, and other more private areas!. A very simple scraping from the doctor which is not painful in anyway and determine if that's the problem!. This parasite is very common and can prove difficult to get rid of because it's very contagious!.

The typical treatment consists of everyone in the house using a cream that you scpread over your entire body for the night!. At the same time, cleaning all bed sheetsm towels etc!. is required along with a follow up treatment two weeks later!. The follow up is needed because the eggs hatch in about two weeks!.

The cream can get pricey if it's more than a couple people living in the house!. It's actually the same compound as found in bug spray but made safer for humans!.

An alternative is to take a bath in tea tree oil!. I've found it to be more effective, less dangerous, and less expensive!. Plus, you don't need a prescription for it!. Use 2s tea spoon of tea tree oil extract (creams wont cut it) in the bath tub!. Soak in it and make sure you spread it over the body but avoid the face (this stuff is potent!) the bugs avoid the head/face for some reason anyway!. You'll get out of the tub feeling relaxed and have cleared sinuses!.

One thing to note, if it is scabes, after treatment the blisters may show up more for the next couple days!. This is the body shedding dead insects!.!.!.it sounds a lot worse than it is!. Think of it as tiny tiny fleas too small to see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Was there previouly an open wound on your hand!? It's likely that you could have gotten staph infection and need to see a doctor for antibiotics asap!.

It could also be poison ivy or poison oak!. Have you been working outside or doing anything around strange bushes or even have an unusual scratch mark that you don't remember getting that's all swollen!. Then you should use cortisone and if symptoms persist consult your doctor!.

Don't pop them, unless they fill with puss!. Then use a sterilized needle and have something to wipe it up with!.!. yes, it's gross, but it's better than nothing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
