You should never take a prescribed medicine other than what it was originally given to you for!.
Always finish your full course of antibiotics, even if symptoms go away!. The fact that you have some lying around indicates you do not know the proper way to take your antibiotics!. This should never happen!. If you stop taking antibiotics because you feel better, this allows the bacteria to come back AND increases the chances of the bacteria becoming resistant to the medicine that used to work!.

Amoxicillin is a general antibiotic!. It is used to treat throat infections, however I would recommend that you see your doctor to confirm that is what you have!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
