Question: Will rum kill bacteria
well, i got up and grabbed a cup that i thought was clean in the dark and got a drink of water!. turned the light on after i'd drank from it!. there was stuff in it like maybe milk!.!.!.!.if you accidentally drink or eat something questionable, will an alchohol chaser kill any bacteria!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The last thing you want fighting in your belly is alcohol and curdled milk!.
Alcohol is okay as an emergency disinfectant on SURFACES, eg whisky on a cut finger!. Once you have swallowed something, how is the alcohol going to catch up to it!? it is too late!. You need hope your body's natural defences will take care of it!.
Soured milk does not taste good, but it is similar to yoghurt or buttermilk, so should be harmless!. Rotting food you'd know not to eat, even accidentally, as the taste would warn you!.
The bacteria that cause serious food poisoning are usually invisible and tasteless!.

To a certain extent, but you have to consider your stomach is filled with acid and bacteria still survive!. So I wouldn't count on the rum!. Just try using clean utensils!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
