What can you do about tinnitus?!

Question: What can you do about tinnitus!?

Since some weeks ago, when it's very quit, like when I'm going to bed or when there's no noise at all, I've been hearing a very sharp tone all the time!. It's not really that annoying as normally, when there's any other noise, I don't even hear it!.
Should I do something against it!? Is there a "cure" to it!? Should I see a doctor!?
