What could be causing this sensation?!

For the past couple of days, The delve at the bottom of my spine in the delve area below the coccyx has been stinging, my partner says there is no redness nor any swelling, but it really stings, especially when i sit down, and it aches when i walk, i've tried using sudocreme to see if that helped, but it didnt, it feels like chapped skin, or as if the skin is torn but nothing at all is there!.

does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could or may be, as ive never had this sensation there before and its very itchy at times but hurts to touch!? any suggestions and answers will be really appreciated as the doctors are shut for the weekend,
