My 22 years old cousin is in a fever now at sudden, he used to caught and stuffing nose for the past 2 days!? I wanna made him a hot lemonade, and he said cold will make his body cooler, what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Last winter I got super sick, I was drinking hot and it actually made me sicker!. I went to the hospital and they told me that was a myth about the hot!. Tell him to drink lots of fluids double what you would normally have to clean him of all bacteria!. He can even have sprit, squirt, ginger ale as long as theres no caffeine and fruit popsicles, oh and lots of rest it could take a few days to get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've had this a lot and what really helps, believe it or not, is cold Gatorade!. Gatorade dehydrates your body, just make sure you drink little sips at a time!. Also, cold water will help!. When he's feeling a little better, black tea with lemon and honey helps a lot!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would not think that a cold drink would hurt him, but I am not a Dr!. I have drank cold drinks while having a fever and I am still here!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

ill tell you one thing dont give him and panadole or asprin because that will make himm worse!.
