It can be good or bad!. Your skin may be really dehydrated, in which case it's good!. But if the stinging is too intense then take it off because you don't want to hurt yourself!. Then it's not good!. I always wait a min or two, and if the stinging doesn't go down and or just worsens I take it off right away!.
I've no idea where the thumbs down comes from!. But maybe I should add that moisturizer doesn't actually moisturize, it traps what is already there!. Lotion or cream however, does actually hydrate!. If moisturizer is stinging you it is something I'd take off!. (In my opinion)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's bad!. If it's a cooling sensation like some aftershaves, then that is fine, but if it stings or burns, it's not good!. Don't use body lotion on your face, you have to get a moisturizer for the face!. And some people cannot tolerate products that have alpha hydroxy, retinol or benzoyl peroxide!. Some mild peeling is sometimes associated with those types of products for wrinkles or for acne, but if it persists and really makes your skin red or inflamed, then you shouldn't use that product!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your moisturizer should NOT sting when you put it on!. Your skin is likely sensitive and you need a lotion that will feel good when you put it on!. It's not good because something in it is irritating to your skin!. Try another lotion, maybe for sensitive skin!. The first five ingredients have a more significant amount than the other ingredients!. You may be allergic to one of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not so good, your skin has a sensitivity to a particular chemical(s) inside the lotion!. Try different varieties of lotions and compare ingredients before you give up all together!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
depends like the type of sting wen you shave and cut ur self and splash water on ur face or u get bruned and put sumthing on there and it stings

It means that your pores are open!. Try splashing cold water on your face before putting your lotion or moisturizer on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
