Question: Shingles: do you know anything that can help!?
i'm talking about shingles cause by the same virus as the chicken pox!.!.!.does anyone know a good cream that would provide relief!? pills are too expensive!.!.!. is there any natural rememdies or just ANYTHING that can help!?!?!? if anyone has any advice Please post here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on the severity!. The shingles usually go away after a while, but in the mean time a good way to deal with it is to drink lots of water!. Keep the area clean, and make sure it keeps away from sweat and dirt!.
There's a lotion called Calamine lotion, it can help out a lot!. It can be found at any pharmacy!. There's also Domeboro which you can also get at your pharmacy!. But honestly, prescription steroids are you best bet, save up if you have too!.
