WOW>thats complicated!. But i'd say you got an allergic reaction to the ointment you put on!.!.!.!.

but!.!.!.!.!.dont touch the pimple!.
and i'd say at night you should find some unscented, hypoallergenic skin cream to put on your face to heal the dry skin!.
There's this stuff called aquaphor that works EXTREEMLY well to get rid of dry skin!.!.!.!.!.!.its very thick and greasy but if your using it at night it won't matter!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd try a simple triple-antibiotic ointment available at Walmart, or any other such stores!. Wash the area several times a day and use the ointment, especially before bedtime!.

The red bumps sound like an minor allergic reaction!. The dry skin should resolve on its own!.

If you start to run a fever, and/or the area begins to show symptoms, you might need to get an antibiotic from your doc!.

Hang in there!. All this will be a nasty memory one day!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like psoriasis or eczema!. Put Neem oil on it!. I also recommend taking fish oil supplements and be sure to avoid stress, sugar, caffeine or alcohol till it goes away!.
I also recommend the following skin care line!. It was huge in helping me with my psoriasis!.
Pangea OrganicsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try some neosporin on it at night time (before bed)
Before doing so wash your face gently with an all natural face wash, dab the area with peroxide and add the antibiotic cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
