Cool!! OK, here's how to get insomnia:
1!. Keep a lot on your mind!. Worry about things all night long!.
2!. Drink caffeinated drinks like coffee and tea and mochas at Starbucks!.
3!. Make your bedroom super warm!. Bodies sleep better in cool areas!.
4!. Watch scary movies at night!. Keep up your adrenaline!.
5!. Do not use anythig lavender scented!.
6!. Try not to stretch often!.
7!. If you feel you are about to doze off to sleep, stick your fingernails really hard into your skin or put an ice cube in the back of your shirt!.
8!. Keep your TV on really hard loud music at night!.

OK! Look, you don't want it! I can't sleep now I'm so used to staying up late in summer now it 1:14, then 4 then morning I'm so worried I can't even think straight and schools back in like 8 days or so don't be stupid you'll die I'm searching for advice right now on how to go to sleep my life is turning into hell right now! Come down with generalized anxiety and have a touch of obsessive compulsive disorder and you will have plenty to occupy your mind so that you can't sleep!.
