help please!!
no vets are open right now and i just found out a cat we took in and re homed tested pos!. for feline leukemia!.!.if there is a vet or equally educated person,,please help!!
he was around our other cats and my family!.like he slept in the bed with my son and they ate together(gross i know but i caught it in mid bite)!.!.things like that!.he also got scratched once from the cat!.!.
i am so worried, can cats pass that on to people in any way shape or form!?
i am taking my own cats in to be tested monday,and have begun bleaching my entire house!.!.
what can i do to clean up my home and property so we wont infect any cat or kitten who comes to our place!? and most importantly keep my family from getting sick!.

Leukemia is not contagious - it is a cancer!. Cancers can't be transferred between organisms!. Even if it were contagious, you wouldn't be getting it unless you were a feline (a cat)!Www@Answer-Health@Com
