I need some one help regarding my serious sicness!

I am 26 years old guy!.I had some crackle sounds which started on 24th April 2008!.I was thinking that it might be a muscular pain but after few days I realized that these sounds are coming from my lungs!.I was keep avoiding it that I will get better but then I started suffering in night sweats and I lost a bit weight!.I went to see my GP and she prescribed some antibiotics call AMOXIL!.I took 22 tablets but that did not work!.I took another appointment and again she prescribed some other antibiotics but that also did not worked!.On the third appointment she gave other course of antibiotics but the problem was still the same!. crackle sounds and and night sweats!.and then she refer me to a specialist in NHS!.They admitted me in the hospital for six days and during my admission in the hospital they carried chest X RAYS, CT,BLOOD AND SPUTUM CULTURE,I discharged from the hospital on 11th of june with out any medication and with out any medical report!.I was told that they will send me another appointment latter!.After few days I started recovering with out any medication!.All the crackle sounds and night sweats vanished and I completely recovered!.When I went to see the doctor in NHS again on my appointment day he told me that I have microbacterium cholonae infection and advise me to do the HIV test!. I got the HIV P1,P24 ANTIGEN Negative!.Again I was told that they will send me another appointment letter!.I got that appointment on 29 july and the doctor told me that there is no need of medication as you are feeling well!.I did try to know the reason that how those crackle sounds started I lost weight and had night sweats but the doctor did not satify me!.Now I dont have any sounds in my lungs but Still I feel sick and enerygless,some time I feel pain in my chest and some kind of force on my chest!.I also feel shock in different parts on my chest and some time in my back!.I also have burning sensations but all these things just lost for few min!.I need some one advise and help who can tell me that why I had these syptoms like cracking in lungs, night sweats and then all disappeared!? and now Why I have chest pain and some time in my back!? How to treat microbacterium cholonae!?!?!?!? I am just worried that my sickness is a silent killer and its gonna kill me soon!.I have been sick for almost four and half month and still out of treatment!.Please advise me!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
