Question: Will vinegar help relieve my throat!?
my throat feels sore and it hurts to swallow there's a feeling of a lump there!.!.!.!.im not sure but i read before that vinegar can help me!? does this really work!?!? i have asthma so im really having a hard time now T__TWww@Answer-Health@Com

salt water, but make sure you dissolve a fair amount of salt in it when you use it and make sure its warm water or it wont dissolve well!. also try gargaling itWww@Answer-Health@Com
oh god no, i love vinegar and once i had a sore throat and i craved vinegar so i had it and my throat was so sore it began to feel like it was bruised or something it was awful, trust me dont do it!. salt water is good, applesauce won't cure a sore throat but i find it more effective than lozenges when ive got a sore throat i eat applesauce non-stopWww@Answer-Health@Com
Vinegar helps disolve things when your choking, never heard of it helping a sore throat though!. Have you tried salt water!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
