Question: Is my little brother allergic to cats

sounds like it!. he can and will become used to it over time!. but unless hes got a severe allergy where hes wheezing an asthmatic over it then u might have to get rid of the cat but if hes not then give it time he will get used to the dander and will be used to it!. im allergic to cats and i got one and took me awhile to get used to her!. i still sneeze but not as bad or much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am allergic to cats and when i get near them i sneeze
and my eyes get wicked puffy and red and itchy
so he might be, but not like wicked intense

Maybe you should give them both to someone instead of giving them to a shelter or give them to a Retirement Home!. The elderly would really like that!.
