Excessive mucous in my throat/difficulty breathing!

Question: Excessive mucous in my throat/difficulty breathing
Hi, so I've been suffering from this for a while now!. It seems I always have had excess mucous in my throat!. Also, my breathing seems very shallow because of this and I NEVER feel like I'm getting a full breath!. I had allergies two years ago, and last year never experienced them!. However, this summer they have sprung up again, even worse than before!. I hardly ever cough!.!.!.I feel like the mucous is somehow constricting my airway or blocking it!. My nose rarely runs, and I often find myself having to breath out of my mouth instead of my nose because it seems blocked!. Any suggestions!? Thank you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have this same problem!. I think a few things may solve this problem:

For a temporary night time solution, cough drops help me (I use a natural kind)

For a more long-time solution, I would recommend taking a light jog bringing your heart rate just over 170 BPM (If you check the pulse on your neck and it beats 85 times in 30 seconds, you are good) for 20 minutes every other day!. The phlegm problem can just be a sign that you are out of shape!. When I sustain this, the problem becomes significantly less!. If you feel like you are coughing excessively the first few days you are running, don't worry about it!. People as out of shape as you and I will have those issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not a doctor but it may be asthma or you just need to continue drinking lots of fluids ie water in abundance to flush out your lungs with all the mucous buildup and avoid eating too much dairy or milk items in your diet!. Hope it clears up soon for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
